Mical burst through the large double doors of the Squad One Headquarters. The door guards were sent flying inside, rolling on the floor only to end up facing the ceiling and unconscious. Other guards rushed Mical, trying to hold him down unsuccessfully. Six men were on top of Mical, but he continued to walk in as if it were nothing. "Out of my way. I need to see the Sotaicho!"

How mostly amusing, a mere 5th Division Captain was to trying to talk to the Captain Commander without any written permission or even an appointment. Given that Kagai was just on his way to his Division HQ going through the main entrance after reporting a most interesting predicament, his eyes were met with the sight of an infuriated Mical. The same Captain that seems to have his paths crossing with Kagai's path for an odd reason. Nonetheless, the 4th Division Captain ever so casually walks towards the Mical, stopping right there precisely in front of him, holding him back with simply his palms. It is quite easy really due to the fact he is held back. Reeling his head until his nose is almost touching his, his lips is curved into a malicious smile. A dark one at that.

"Captain Mical A. Shamble.... just what brings you to the 1st Division? Hmm? You aren't planning on inciting genocidal or a mass slaughter of any sorts against the man we have met the other day, are you now? That isn't your job, it is the 2nd Division's job to do that. Still, what is your purpose here?" Asks Kagai in a rather chiding manner.

Mical may have been inching forward little by little, but at least it was something. Besides, he didn't want to actually try. He didn't want to hurt anyone. Suddenly the inching was stopped by a slight, yet concrete, obstruction on Mical's shoulders. He didn't care much for it, at least until he noticed the smell and the sound of the voice behind the obstruction. "Captain Mical A. Shamble..."

Mical's eyes widened, his breathing became deep and shallow, a lump jumped to his throat, and small sweat beads were on his forehead. His head came up only to see Kagai, the Fourth Division Captain. This was simply unbelievable. This man, this very skeptic man was following him possibly in order to stop him from announcing what he found out. Mical started grinding his teeth at the very thought of what the man was doing in front of him, and at the thought of what Mical wanted to do.

Mical tried holding himself back in more ways than one. He spoke in a bit of a quite manner while his face was shaking slightly. It could have been with rage or fear of the endless possibilities. "I'm here to report what I know. I'm here to possibly give a warning to the Sotaicho. This is my business Kagai, not yours. Now let me be." With that, Mical threw off all six men while breaking free from Kagai's palms. He only stood there, breathing deeply with a raging aura around him.

It was a good day, having finished all his work for the 6th division, Thomas Welbourne, the 6th Division Captain, decided to take a walk. Wearing his duel zanpacktous with 1 on each side strapped to his waist, along with his captains haori and shinigami unfirom, he walked out of his division and walked along the road. Passing the 5th division, he saw Mical already striding out heading for the 1st division. It may have been smart to stay put and head back to the 6th division but his curiousity took over. Walking after him, he made no attempt to conceal himself. He doubted he'd need to. He was a captain with his duties finished and he was merealy taking a walk, what bad fortune could be thrown upon him for something as simple as that. Turning the corner, he stood infront of the gate watching Kagai, the 4th division captain, step infront of Mical. Raising an eyebrow, he didn't think it was very smart to stop a captain... although if it was another captain, it may be on equal terms. Even so, he wanted to see what would happen. After listening to Kagais comment to Mical, he decided to back the 5th division captain up. Walking into the 1st division headquarters, Thomas walked up to Mical and Kagai.

Well, well, Kagai, i do believe that it's quite rude to stop a fellow captain when he is simply going to report something of importance. For you to stop him like that could only cause a bad arguement. Which is a bad thing. As shinigami we try to preserve peace and keep healthy relationships apart of our lifestyle. If we go and be rude to others, what will that make us? Stepping forward, he smiled and looked over at Mical, it seemed he was quite frustrated from being stopped by the 4th division captain. Although he eagrly awaited Kagais response. He doubted it would be kind although he hoped there would be some kind of respect in his fellow captains voice. He didn't like argueing but he didn't like nonsense going on in the seiretei. Fighting and hateful discussion were reserved to the happy-to-fight squad, the 11th division. The other divisions just needed to work with them and try to preserve the peace. Although it seems in some ways that wans't going to happen at the moment. Either way, he waited for some kind of movement or speech from either Mical or Kagai.

How quint. Kagai was told by Mical, a small-time Captain about what he is aiming to do with the Captain Commander, in other words, stating the obvious, what Kagai knows already. He was just as much a show off just as he is hot headed. Not a great combination if he is planning on consulting the Captain Commander on what is to come. The 4th Division Captain is just positive that the word that was to be spread was about the vicious Hollowfication experiments conducted by the Bounto he met the other day. That time where Captain Riyuu left like it was nothing but Captain Shamble was deeply troubled by the experiment. Perhaps that's what he plans to do.

Sapphire eyes stares at the 5th Division Captain who somehow throws off six elite guards and breaks free from his palm grip. Quite an impressive feat... for a youngling. Patiently taking a few steps back, the older man brisks his Haori to the side, the Haori flapping wildly as the calm breezy wind contorts into a violent one, hitting against the clothing. It was of course a result of Reiatsu, an intention change really. In this scenario, it was mostly Kagai to be positive to defend himself in the case that the Captain Mical has gone rabid and wild to a point he'd attack all others. A reflex action really. His response was really just a serrated blade edging out to an annoyance to the 4th Division Captain.

"Don't be coy, Mical. I would like to hear of it as well, if it was about the other day where we had an encounter with that man, then do say so. I can help testify on your behalf. Hostilities are not a necessity in this case." He persuasively chided with a lilt to his tone, his suggestion putting more emphasis on trust than logic or emotions really. Head snaps towards Captain Welbourne. Another one of those Captains with a rather Western name, not the traditional Japanese sort of names that the old Seireitei Captains used to have.

"Rudeness? Oh no, no, Captain Thomas. I was simply interested in what he had to say to the Sotaicho. After all, I believe it might be quite a similar case to what I had with Captain Shamble, and me testifying alongside him on his behalf would help his case. Although, do tell me, Thomas, what brings you to this fine establishment? The central command of the Gotei 13? Hmm? Perhaps a similar reason as his and mine? Or do you have another intent in mind?" Sapphire eyes shifts to lock unto the other Captain, the entire undivided attention now focused on Captain Thomas Welbourne.

((Well, gotta get involved somewhere, since I had talked to Kagai already and cleared it OOCly as of knowing him, I can start here.))

A faint sense of strong Reiatsu, turning from faint to sensibly strong in a matter of moments, another Captain fell in line with Kagai. Having shunpo-ed the wide distance between the two, he couldn't help but smile to his old friend. "Kagai-san, I keep telling you that being so... 'Open' like this will make you traceable. Maybe I just have better luck..." Finishing his statement, and finally noticeably acknowledging the other people, he simply looked at each other before giving out a small clicking of his tongue. "Well... I certainly do feel like I have interrupted something of importance. It must be important, otherwise, why would so many Captains be in one place. I mean, we just about all hate each other as it is, why be so... What's the word... Congregational? Than we already have to be in front of the commander?" His words spoke with little harshness, though with some truth. It was well known that each Captain had another that he despised strongly. It was simply how it went in the their society, and how it always would be.

Stepping back a little, setting his hand on his Zanpaktou, he looked over to Kagai once more. A small smirk couldn't help but be evident on Heru's lips, he knew what would happen if a fight broke out here. He would simply be here to stop it, to stop anyone from being exiled today. But either way, he trusted Kagai to make the right choices, and would follow him if need be. Heru, removing his hand from it's resting place on his Zanpaktou, he yawned lightly and began to walk away.
"Well, anyways... I simply came to find you Kagai-san. I know how you love to stir up trouble... Or more so, allow trouble to come to you.... Oh yes! And another reason. I have awoken from my lovely little nap. You're team extracted the poison and blood. You should have a few vials now. Maybe if you stop going through the stuff so damn fast, I wouldn't be asleep so much..." Saying that, he stepped to the side, resting himself against section of the wall.

Mical's heart was pounding against his chest, his breathing almost matching it. He knew that a fight would be a bad idea, especially in the Central Command Headquarters. He sighed loudly and stepped forward, walking right past Kagai who was needlessly showing off a small bit of his power. He didn't care what was going on, he only pressed forward to get away from everything.

"You're team extracted the poison and blood. You should have a few vials now..." Mical may have been about twenty feet away from Kagai, but quickly turned around when he heard that. "Alright Kagai...What's going on...You tell me everything, and you tell me now." Mical had his hands clenched in a fist, waiting for something.

Raising an eyebrow, he listened to Kagai's excuse for the comment he had earlier said. Smiling, he looked at Kagai with a friendly face. He wasn't one to make enemies although his curiosity may take him to that point. Even so, he doubted Kagai hated him since they hadn't had much meetings before to clear out their thoughts. No no, i doubt i've come here with a similar reason as you. I simply finished my duties and found it would be pleasant to take a walk. Although i stumbled on Mical and decided i'd like to figure out what was going on. Which takes me to the very same question. Why are you here, Captain Kagai? He honestly wanted to know why this was all happening. Stopping a captain from reporting something and then causing this kind of chaos wasn't very needed. Turning over, he saw Captain Heru walking in. Waving his hand, he smiled again and looked torwards the other captain. It seemed there were many captains coming to the 1st division headquarters. heh heh, there seems to be quite a few captains heading to the 1st division, hello Captain Heru, how are you? Actually, it was quite unusual for this many captains to meet outside of the usual captains meetings.

It was a very interesting predicament he had stumbled into. Although it seemed all good and fun, anytime a fight or arguement could brake out. Which he considered his duty to stop. Especially since they were in the seiretei, not to mention they were in the middle of the 1st division where the captain commander is. If it was needed, he would march right into the sotaicho's office and tell him what was occuring right outside his room. Although he doubted that he'd even need to. Since it was the General of the Gotei 13... he probably already knew and was just waiting at his desk. Trying not to laugh at what he had just thought, it was almost as if they were being spyed on from a large power. Even so, he needed to brake this arguement up. Turning to Mical... Mical, i understand what you are trying to do but don't be so hasty, that kind of attitude will only cause something not needed. Perhaps if Kagai is as respectful as a captain should be, he will let you go in, isn't that right Captain Kagai? Now turning to Kagai, he waited for a response from him.

Hyrokuhad rubbed the back of his head whilst walking out of his gargantuan office. His eyes always seemed to be tired, but he's wide awake everytime. He could feel a commotion nearby..not by sensing reiatsu, just by picking up themere tension in the air. He couldn't explain it, but he sensed that something was wrong. Between the feuding captains was a spontaneous burst of spiritual pressure as the captain commander lightly stepped down the hall with a sigh. He stood before his subordinates with both hands in his pockets while looking at each of them while clearing his throat.

"Silence..all of you."

He said to everyone ina serious tone. He felt Mical approach the perimeter of his division, as well as the guards that were laid out on the floor. He gave Mical a glare..

"Explain yourself, right now Mical.."

"Explain yourself, right now Mical.."

A smile grew on Mical's face at the sound of the Sotaicho's voice. He turned around with arms wide open, almost as if welcoming a hug from the "Big Cheese" himself. "Hyroku! How've you been?" It was hard to tell if Mical was either nervous, an idiot, or one slick son of a bitch.

Heru, listening and watching what was occurring, quickly stood straight up as Sotaicho's voice was heard. He knew much better than to be visibly rude to the Sotaicho, and leaning on one of his walls, looking cocky for that matter, was probably not the best impression. Keeping his hands at his sides, still straight, he turned towards Mical and the Sotaicho. Keeping his mouth in a perfect line, showing no emotion, he waited until Mical began to move.

As soon as Mical began to move, his intentions mundane, Heru simply put his eyes to the floor. How disrespectful could a Captain ever be? Avoiding a question of importance that the Sotaicho himself has asked. Heru himself was simply ashamed to even be within the same radius as Mical. Especially through the gesture, acting like simple friends when there was much more important matters. He had knocked out personal guards of the Sotaicho, broken the door of the Sotaicho's building. Not only was the man a hotheaded bomb, but a moron as well. Heru would not speak until addressed, he wouldn't even look to the Commander unless addressed. It was simply how he was taught, I guess the class difference between him and Mical was evident enough.

Mouth was about to split open to retaliate to Thomas's statement and also to comment to his medical candidate Heru's statement, but it stayed sealed shut as the Sotaicho made his presence known. A simple nod of the head was given to the Captain Commander as he gave the order for all to be silence. Stepping a few steps back to give path to Captain Shamble to possibly make himself a fool in front of the Captain Commander, after all, his statement, his inviting gesture to hug, all of that likens him to the village idiot. Just the question remains is that how does someone like that ever become a Captain in the first place? Nonetheless, Kagai regains his composure and simply watches the events unfold out.

There was no need to hold a defensive posture, Captain Shamble was under the watchful eyes of Captain Commander Hyroku, who Kagai believes has sound judgement over a dozen matters or so to say. Including this one, if his speculation was correct, then perhaps Captain Mical was trying to talk about the Bounto the two of them met the other day, a fair gamble to say. Although it lacks continuity as the 4th Division Captain knew the full story behind this, perhaps Shamble didn't. As of the moment, Riyuu took his liberty of standing alongside Heru and watch how Mical will present his case, perhaps he'll surprise him with charisma... perhaps not, definitely not.

Hyroku glared at Mical with such serious intention. He didn't find Mical's appearance in his division very polite, only rude. And then had the nerveto gesture a hug from Hyroku, asking about his well being. His patience was wearing thin as his eyes equinted.

"Mical..I'm not going to ask twice.."

Mical's smile disappeared from his face almost as quickly as it appeared. His arms dropped and Mical stepped forward again with his posture straight. His eyes met Hyroku's with great intensity. "Sorry about the rude awakening, but you know how I can be. I've found some urgent information that I believe should be only heard by you and Central 46. I must ask a private audience with you...Well, you and Kagai Taicho." Mical pointed his thumb at Kagai over his shoulder. "I'm sure you wouldn't mind..."
