Heru, hearing what Mical stated, quickly stepped forward from where he was standing. He felt completely offended by this. If it was so much of an urgent matter, why would only a select few need to hear it? The young Captain's logic was terribly flawed. "Excuse me for interrupting, but don't you think that's a little low? I manage all strategic planning in the Gotei, and now you want yo exclude all of us except for a few? Don't you think that's just a little bit absurd? If it's that urgent, than it should be imprudent that we all hear it. Heru did not address the Sotaicho directly, instead, he stated this to everyone. He hoped it would be enough to get the Commander to agree with him, agree enough for us all to hear the information provided.

"Heru-taicho is right..my patience is running thin, Mical."

People could feel the seriousness in his tone of voice. His reiatsu didn't come from his body, even though most shinigami's emotions were linked to their powers, but he had stability when it came to that. He shook his head a few times, tapping his foot against the hard wood floor to await Mical's answer.

Mical didn't want this to be happening, but given the situation he had no choice but to talk then and there. After a few seconds and a loud sigh, Mical spoke,"Fine...A while ago I went on a recon mission in the Human World. Suspicious activity had been reported and faint reiatsu was also present. Soon after appearing I happened upon finding a bountou conducting some gruesome experiments on innocent souls. It appeared that he had been trying to perfect a Hollowfication Process".

Mical sighed again while running his fingers through his hair. He was staring at the ceiling, but continued to talk. "I don't mean to offend our allies, but I believe that this bountou seems to have alternate motives. I don't know if he's working alone or not...But perhaps Kagai can fill in the rest. He appeared soon after I did."

Somewhat startled, he still showed no emotion of being suprised. Even though it was quite suprising that a bountou was conducting the hollowfication process. Turning to Mical, he spoke with concern. Mical, is this true? I don't mean to be rude by interrupting but what happened to this bountou, did he get away? Now Turning to the captain commander, he wondered what thoughts that Hyroku was experiencing right now. Gazing back at Mical, he waited from some kind of response that could atleast somewhat answer his question. He believed it was of the upmost importance that they all learned of this predicament. Considering what was happening, they all needed to knokw everything so that they could take action in some way. Hollowification was practically illegal. Doing that kind of experiments was dangerous and dumb. There was no need to do something such as that.

Given my profession, I should know as the 4th Division Captain that he was draining her soul. Hollowfication and soul consumption are two unlike things. Shamble here cannot distinguish between the two. As such, he believes it might be Hollowfication. I have seen the body directly, I saw the wounds. They didn't have the residual Reishi traces the Hollows leave behind... rather... a lack of Reish. Evidence that the human was being devoured. Really, these trivial matters shouldn't concern a Sotaicho, it should've been forwarded to the 3rd Division instead."

Mical quickly turned towards Kagai, pointing his finger towards him. "You know that is a lie! That woman reeked for hollow reiatsu! The bountuo may have taken something from her, but it was probably just PART of her soul. I may not be the most experienced person in this room, but damn it, I know what I'm talking about!" Turning back to Hyroku, he spoke. "Either way sir, even if Kagai was right this bountou is conducting horrible and illegal experiments. Send squad twelve to the area. If the area hasn't been whipped clean you'll find that the place reeks with hollow reiatsu, and possibly the body if it's still there."
