Mea was blind and mute but over the months/years she has started talking again. Her blindness is still there so her eyes are purley white. She is a small tiny doll but dont let her looks fool you. Her eyes change colors due to Fatality's emotion and she looked the same as the pics above. She holds Fatality's tripple blades which was the only thing fatality had left from her parents estate.

Fey and Mea are 25% In Sync with each other.
They are coming into awakening with one another. Twins who never knew the other existed but dont know how the two could of lived without each other.

Shatter-
It’s a highly advanced form of an earthquake. An Earthquake is a sudden shake of the Earth's crust.The earth then colapses and then shoots back up due to an eurption.This in tern creates the battlefeild for Mea, Fatality and their opponent.The earthquake alone will take a tole on the city by a means of buildings colapsing, which already causes fatal injuries to the townspeople, unless saved by the shimigami, superhumans, or quincy.But Mea’s earthquake itself doesn’t do all that much. Its due to the earthquake which activates Volcano’s nearby. And considering this is Japan there are many. Pyroclastic flow which is a devastating result of some explosive volcanic eruptions, fast-moving currents of hot gas and rock, which which builds up in the air above under its own weight and streams very rapidly from the mountain burning anything in its path. In the mist of all this Mea is able to do two things.
1. Use the Hot gas and rock to build up a barrier around her and Fey which she can use 3 times during battle
2. Manpiulate earth and Lava to her will during the entire battle. Cool down is every two posts.

Scream-
Some of the most violent tornadoes develop from supercell thunderstorms. A supercell thunderstorm is a long-lived thunderstorm possessing within its structure a continuously rotating updraft of air. These storms have the greatest tendency to produce tornadoes, some of the huge wedge shape. The supercell thunderstorm has a low-hanging, rotating layer of cloud known as a “wall cloud.” It looks somewhat like a layer of a layer cake that hangs below the broader cloud base.in the mist of a Supercell a massive thunderstorm may result which in this case it does. Tornado’s produe due to the supercell and Mea is able to use them as a means of a sneak attack moving from one tornado to the others as the tornado’s surround her opponent. She is also able to control lightning from the thunderstom 5 times within battle. It is said that within battle Mea sometimes looks within the eyes of her opponent and looks deeply into their soul while she opens her mouth wide and lets out sounds like the lady from the grudge only in a extremly higher pitch tone of voice. Her voice echoes making it hard for someone to pinpoint her location within the tornado’s. This entire attack can only be used Twice within battle.

Submerse-
Mea and Fatality Sparkle like the sunlight. This is due to thier reiatsu. They are able to like the sun's heat does to water, take in all reiatsu based abilities. This slows down Mea's speed and lowers her defense but she is able to once she has eatten enough to send the reiatsu based attack right back at her opponent. it will only cause half the damage tho. And she can only use this four times within battle.

100-199: 4 techs
She the rain that washes away all the souls impurities, the rivers which she lands in show the true her look deep enough and you will see true divinity....
Fey and Mea are 50% In Sync with each other.
They have grown to love one another to qoexist with one another to understand one another a little better and are now finding out the true power they hold within.

The wind is like her spirit, simply free, her soul can sing with all the voices of the mountains it represent her emotions representing all the colors of the wind...
Fey and Mea are 75% In Sync with each other.
They had bonded, and stuck it out through hard times thick and thin even when hope was just a dream. Thier training is paying off thier time spent with each other well appriciated. Fighting back to back and never alone. Their Sync almost complete.

She is a life, she is a spirit, with many names...How high does this beautiful sycamore grow....you'll never know if you try and cut it down...Her fire burns brightly...more then a thousand flames....
Fey and Mea are 100% In Sync with each other.
Thier Fighting skills have imporved greatly through the means of both melee and projectile attacks they move as one graceful yet destructive like Nature. In complete harmony and balance no longer needing to call out thier attacks but being able to just go for it. Together they are gentle and destructive the mother of nature. Fatally Gentle Naturally Chaotic.

Alright...The family "nature" doesn't mean the things that align with nature, jsut the basic area of plants. Such as vines, trees, and all the other plant like anemities. By being a Legendary bountou, you access to two families. Your techs have to be alligned with them or the nature of your doll, bringing me to this decision.

Your techs have to match your two families. Nature not being a wide array of things that are found naturally; for that would make some of the other families (Water, Fire, Electricity, ect.) obsolete.

EWW Trees....plants......Yuck >.<......Nature is so out! ^//^ im going with electricity and fire then >.< ........freak nature ^^

Alright, now you have to correspond it with your last tech; in addition to that tech clearly state what kind of attack will be too large for Mae, since there has to be some sort of limit of the amount.

When a volcano violently erupts, a thunder-cloud is quickly formed above it, and lightning leaps down to it which creates the volcanic flames.
Mea is then able to maniputale the flames from the volcano to her will.
Fatatality's reiatsu sparks due to her reiatsu being elemental, and she is able to shoot lightning out from her hands or blades throughout the battle.

Mea's manipulatig the volcanic flames:

Limits: Cant use as much when fighting against water based tec.'s

Scream-
A giant wolf is created out of nothing but reiatsu and Fire. It is like a gaurdian for Fatality and Mea when it comes to fighting against Quincy's. It desolves two attacks that the quincy target against her and her doll. and can only be used twice within battle.

Mea is able to create a fire based sheild around her opponent which is created out of nothing but fire and eletrical spiritual based pressure. around the opponent slowly eats away at the opponents reiatsu. then shoots an attack back at the opponent.
